What we're looking for

Wingman is seeking a strategic Partnerships Manager to setup and scale partnerships as a growing contributor to revenue.

Responsibilities

As part of a close-knit team, you will collaborate across sales and marketing to identify strategic partners with the goal of driving higher sales, co-marketing campaigns and mutually-beneficial long-term alliances. 😍

This includes the following:

  • Be the owner of the strategy, execution, and integration of new strategic partnerships.
  • Create and maintain an engaging relationship with existing partners.
  • Generate sales pipeline and continue to scale revenue from this channel.
  • Be SPOC for all partners and make sure they have visibility into their success with us.
  • Ideate and execute innovative co-marketing initiatives with existing and new partners to grow our brand value in the ecosystem.
  • Iterate on the partner pitch, competitive advantage, and segments we should grow in.
  • Deliver value and consistent experience for the partner's clients and customers.
  • Own, measure and grow partnership initiatives including trainings, contracts, marketing, data and optimization efforts in order to maximize partnership goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or similar sales focused role in B2B or SaaS startups.
  • Exposure to the global SaaS market and network is a BIG plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills are an absolute MUST HAVE.
  • Organized, entrepreneurial and high ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns, and a zeal to take up new initiatives.
  • Data-driven, process oriented and able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in order to drive scale for the partnership channel.
  • Working hours: 12pm - 9pm
